Best bout of the night. Bring on the next one :-)"

Telford Harrier Andy Swann will be swapping his running shoes for
boxing gloves on Monday as he takes on the challenge of a 19 year old heavyweight from Telford
Andy, who has been training with the Harriers for almost 12 months, is a fitness freak. His regime means having to do over 20 exercise disciplines during the week including circuits, rowing, running, weights and gym work. He also plays Rugby for RAF Cosford and has recently taken up boxing and will be representing them on Monday. In his spare time he loves hill walking with the family dog Monty and is always on the hunt for dogs of the non canine variety!!!
When asked by our interviewer his reasons for taking up boxing, Swanny explained that it had been a life long ambition to wear the largest pair of shorts in the world and also to be smeared in Vaseline by his best mate Paul "Hammy" Hamilton. Hammy who is the better looking of the two (simply because his nose is smaller) will be corner man on the night.
