Over 120 running types from Telford and surrounding areas made an appearance at the Telford runners Christmas party at The Park Inn last night (18-12-05). There were large contingencies from Telford Athletics Club, Newport Running Club, Wrekin Road Runners and a sprinkling from Telford Harriers.Whilst the more energetic were getting down to the Abba tribute band, others were setting fire to themselves in the bar thanks to the antics of Chris Davies and his new friend Sam Buka . RESPECT! A good time was had by all and it great to see runners from all our local clubs celebrating together. Thanks to all who attended. |
