Paula Radcliffe was intending on competing at the relays but had to pull out at the last minute because of illness. However, she still turned up to watch and was available for photos and autographs - as we discovered!

Lots of top runners turned out for todays event including Liz Yelling, Hayley Yelling & Helen Clitheroe. Kate Reed from Bristol & West achived the fastest ladies time of the day with 13.56 which is just one second short of Paulas all time course record.

Never had chance to see much of the mens race as we were too busy chatting with our new training partners Paula & Liz (I've given them a TAC membership form!).
