Nellie Sanders, Telford Athletic Club's Welsh veteran runner has been selected to represent her country in the Masters British & Irish Cross Country International.

The 41 year old athelete has been selected to represent the Welsh over-40's team in the international cross country race against England, Scotland and Ireland in Swansea on November 15th.

Nellie is over the moon to have been selected for the second year in succession. Last year in Belfast she finished 2nd in the Welsh over 40's team helping them to win a bronze medal. She is hoping to better last years performance as she feels that she is running better than this time last year.
