Myslef and Phil Evans (both TAC) were at the Birmingham games 02 February 2008.
I did the 400 and ran 53.44 and Phil Evans ran 55.50, not bad for the the first race of the year. So that should put us both in good shape for the outdoor season, as they say you're about a one/two seconds slower indoors compared to outside.

In the warm up area we bumped into the controversial and much talked about Dwain Chambers. He's a top bloke and a really nice guy.

I did some strides next to him, or rather he was doing strides and I was sprinting!
