Nellie Sanders (TAC) has been selected to run for South Wales in the Welsh Inter Regional cross country championships. She will run in the women’s masters team on Sunday 11 December at Brecon, Powys.

Nellie is part of a 10 strong team from South Wales of which she hopes to finish in the first five to score. It’s her first appearance on the international scene having narrowly missed out running in Dublin for Wales last month.

She is available to sign autographs and other memorabilia trackside on Thursday 8 December!
